The man was an animal, and as it was a tough guy contest he shone more than most.

I think JT was the one sent off along with the Aussie hooker whose name escapes me , after an almighty fracas at the changing room end of the east stand

Benny Elias was the hooker can't remember who else walked though, probably my all time fave game.

I went to this game and still have the programme. What a shame club sides dont play touring sides anymore.

Even the mid-week second strings. It was a big occassion and a great night.

I remember it think I have the programme. Remember a high ball "Skippy" let it bounce and an Aussie pounced on it. Seem to remember it was pouring down.

Yup - there's a VHS knocking about somewhere - and I'll convert it to DVD if someone will lend it me!

I have it on DVD, and strangely I'm sure it was you who gave it me (in a rare moment of generosity).
