With our recent history I'd have thought my ultra questioning cynical attitude was the only sensible option - for those who think Carter is the one, well they were all "the one" once - Duncan, Richardson, Pearman, Glover... it doesn't make great reading does it !!!

I would expect he took over the shares of Elston and Glover as part of the deal to take over the club. I doubt any money was paid for these because we know the previous incumbents left without trying to sell them.

I would say let's not get too carried away with whose committed what financially because the accounts as published are nothing more than a rough analysis of our current position.

So it's all just speculation and wild guesses then eh!

There's a lot more in the Elston,Glover regime that we will ever know and they hope stays where it is

Welcome back I thought you had joined the Bradford forum, we could hope. I admit it is speculation but so are those posts indicating Carter's financial commitment being unquestionable. The scenario I portray is just as much a possibility as those who believe he bought the shares at full face value, I guess like yourself.

It's good to see a bit of honesty in one of your posts' for a change, where despite all the anti Carter propaganda you peddle on here you now admit it's pure conjecture and speculation and mischief making on your part, and basically you don't have a clue what's going on, a bit like me really the difference being I'm prepared to sit back and keep my nose out of things that do not concern me, so on the face of it that's another guess you've got wrong.

I have merely provided an alternative scenario, much like Vastman did but I note you do not suggest to him to keep his opinions to himself. I am sensing that it is not the message but the messenger you are hoping to belittle but you are sadly not that skilful.

Vastman, like many of us, has been posting his stuff on the various forums since the early days of the original Virtual Terrace (20 years?). He is occasionally quite positive.

You crawled out of the woodwork and began your single track vendetta when Glover/Elston got the boot and Carter took over. Figure it out.

it does come over that SP has lost something and its festering away at them, shame they don't have the balls to stand up than coming on here ridiculing every thing the club does

What alternative scenario do you have to provide, does it matter how much or how little Carter has invested in the club, it's his business not yours and where it's one thing to have an opinion your opinion on him always gets portrayed as facts, which you now admit is pure speculation on your part.

I know Vastman personally and fwiw agree with most things he posts, and I can see nothing wrong with the post he put on here regarding our chairman, as far as I am concerned all he did was offer an alternative point of view to that of avenger.

The only forum I go on is the RL fans forum not on others forums as you would have people believe, but yes I do have the desire to go on other boards in our middle eight league, not to cause trouble as you would have me portrayed but to find out what is happening as other Wakefield fans do, and you'll find that is if you can stop belittling Carter at every opportunity you will notice that they come on here likewise, unlike your good self I am fiercely loyal to this club and anything said to the detriment of it on other boards I react to, as for belittling you I can't take any credit for that, you seem to have no problem in doing that yourself, anyway I hope I've put you right on those matters and if you must quote me again please stick to the topic in question which in this case is your favourite subject and try not to deflect the issues at hand with your petty attempt at derailing my post.
