I think a 1yr contract is long enough untill he can prove, he is over his injuries and his passion to play in the Red,White and Blue of the Wildcats...

Not wanting to be overly critical but can all of you who are now posting that this one-year contract is a good deal remember that in a years time if he has a blinder and sonmebody steals him off us.



In my opinion one-year is the right thing to do but don't be surprised if he rediscovers his form and other clubs come sniffing.

Quite possible, but it gives the club another year to find a prop rather than 1 month. Stosic may have his Serbian passport by then!?!

Some people do show loyalty as well Moore,Bibey a case in point.

Its difficult to win either way with 1 year deals and without knowing details of the offer we can't really comment.

I hope he makes it with you. Much better to see you playing an English prop than an Aussie/Serbian/Kolpak player.

He & Moore alternating could give you good go forward, defensively not so sure.

I am not being critical at all, I think 1 year is the right thing to do.



I was just pointing out that knowing some of our fickle fans who like to moan a lot they will be singing the clubs praises for signing him on a 1 year deal but then moaning like crazy if it does work out and then we lose him. In the same way that they would have moaned if we had given him 2 or 3 years and he works out to be past it.

Hopefully we will have learned our lesson with this. If he's tearing up trees then offer him an extended contract during the season. Simples!
