Why ?
In Union, if you dont meet the criteria either then you dont get promoted to the Premiership even if you do win promotion from division 1. |

We're sick of franchising, but I suspect most of the game don't care either way, and maybe support it. Do you think Warrington are sick of it? It's just a sideshow for clubs like them, and most of the others, and might even argue that it allows them more certainty to invest.
