Really, so why did they do that then, I mean RL is just crawling with millionaires - I mean who needs them.
If there is any truth in your mumblings I'm pretty sure the RFL didn't turn the guy away just to hurt us. If the games bent and I'm sure it is, it's bent in the favour of money, in which case Steve Parkin would have got the gig and a few hookers thrown in for luck - get real. Parkin will have pulled out because there simply wasn't enough in it for him, WTRLFC is currently a crock and it would take certain things to be in place to tempt him. I'm sure the RFL was willing but I doubt it was able. |

That's not me taking the high ground by the way. I don't know the full story, what I do know is know one else does either and that includes you. Further to that the full story IMO will never be known and even if it were most people on here would chose to ignore it and carry on with their own version. |

Like any buyer, they need to know exactly what they are getting and the terms and conditions before taking the plunge. I believe O'Hara's passed on a substantial contract document to Mr Glover with respect to the sale, he took it away to study, as anyone would, and no doubt queried a few of the terms.
