is it me or can you only take the diect debit option in the shop? not an option online?

You can do it on the phone and they send you the DD forms to sign, I just did today

...

How soon, after paying for them, are people receiving their tickets ??



I was under the impression they were being sent out straight away but it's 9 days since paying for mine and I haven't received them yet.

Got my season card the day I purchased it

Typical Wakefield, couldn't organize a pea up in a brewery.

Unfair criticism. I ordered mine on the internet and it came in the post in 3 days. I know many others who have had the same excellent service and this never happened with the old booklets. Lets give credit where its due for an innovative change to the credit card style ticket.

If you go in personally I think you get them straight away, by "remote" purchase mine took about two weeks.

Think my "remote" might need some new batteries then

Up until last season I always bought 4 - but my 3 "kids" live in Manchester, London and Norwich - so although they are all keen supporters its unlikely there would be more than a couple at any game.



Was going to get two tickets to share and on odd game where there was more than 2 of us pay on door, chances are more often than not it would be just me



Although it doesn't say this in the terms and conditions published on the web site - am I correct in thinking that only the named ticket holder can use the card style tickets ?

I don't see my name on my season card/ticket and I'm not aware of any specific terms although I'm sure Daddy Cool can clarify.



I think up until now the club were fairly easy going about this, unless of course you were manipulating it for your own financial means.
