Although I think Griffin has given his all, I just feel that he isn't quite good enough for SL level. I think he lacks a yard of pace and I think he needs to improve his tackling.

Got any CCJ's outstanding or are is that area of business sorted?

BBC site reckons Griffin has gone from Shudds to Cas, and that he was only on loan with us. Can't say he'l be missed, but I thought we had signed him outright last year.

Of all the players leaving this year griffin is the one i'm least bothered about. And that includes Hickey, Lee and Hendo! Nuff said.

One of Griffins main problems is that he was swept up by Shuddersfield as a young'en and he then expected to progress as part of a table topping side with all the trappings of a quality ground and a sugar daddy with bottomless pockets. He's not quite made the grade as a Super League player so he now has to take whatever is on offer from clubs at the other end of the spectrum, hence his general pee'd off attitude and can't be ar5ed body language out on the pitch.

He is potentially the next Mick Nanyn.

I wonder sometimes if these young lads realise that. They can have a great career doing something many would love to do, but don't put their all in, and happy enough to harm their bodies with alcohol and the like. (Not saying this is the case for Griffin, just in general.)
