The players you have should be able to beat Cas at home. Only his bessie mate would have offered Agar a head coaching job after his spell at Hull, Im sure he is a nice man and capable assistant coach but he should be no where near a head coaching position.

Re changing the coach - I just can't see it happening. It would cost us a fortune as I believe some idiots gave him a 3 year deal.
