Achievable indeed! Great turnout today, can't beat Belle Vue in the sunshine, even better when we win!

Got to say a big well done to the Wakefield club for the way they have improved their crowds over the last few seasons. I always judge teams attendances by how many they can pull in against the dragons or broncos and to get 7000+ is a great effort. It wasn't too long ago that saints could only manage 8/9000 against those teams and that was with a successful side to watch. As i don't know the ins and outs of your club i would be interested to know how you have achieved it, especially without the new stadium yet. Is it down to a lot of hard work in the community or are you just selling season tickets for virtually nothing like certain other yorkshire clubs?

Most only came to look at the new stands. After todays performance we'll be lucky to get 4 000 for the next home game.

We had a great offer of £100 for a season ticket and I believe the take up was just short of 4000 so thats another 3000+ paying customers on the gate. Big recruitment drive, good community set up and I believe the use of social media sites such as facebook andtwitter have helped.

Don't underestimate the sleeping giant effect!



We are a sizeable City with just one pro sports team (supburbs excluded) there are and have been a very large number of disaffected and disillusioned supporters whe are now being enticed back to the club by the professional manner in which we are being managed.



It's very noticeable that the number of people in and around the city who are wearing Wildcats merchandise as well as cars with the club logo in their window has increased massively.



Heaven knows what the potential is and should we ever have a period of success I'm guessing that the new stadium wouldn't be big enough!

Do I get a special prize? Two points out with the score, MotM correctly called and I know Feriol didn't quite end up in the bin, but he did go on report!

We are averaging 7,900 so far this season that's without any of the big teams visiting Belle Vue yet

i think thats on of the problems. some must have taken advantage of the cheap season tickets because every home game there are people offering cheap tickets for away fans. surely there must be a way of clamping down on this as its all money that should be going to the club.

And 1 of those was on Sky and at a daft time on a saturday night - so would potentially been higher.

Anyway so much for Super League full time at midnight. Still not on at ten past 1 - I'm off to bed
