If the 4th place team is Sheffield or Halifax it could cause problems because they share with soccer teams. Sheffield are playing at Keepmoat.

I think they would cross that bridge if they came to it

Not quite fantasy land - Fax are on an 8 match winning run and a far better team than the one that lost to Wakey in the cup - but if that did happen, then a deal would be brokered between FC Halifax Town, Fax and Calderdale council (the owners of the ground).



I'd love us to have to cross that bridge!!

It looks like Huddersfield, then a free weekend for the semi, then 3 games, then a free weekend for Wembley, then 4 games before the decider.

I hope we start off with either the Sheffield or Fax game as these are our best chances of points. It would also mean Locke being available for the later games.

No doubt who ever is in charge will give us Leigh, Hull KR or Widnes for starters.

I'm sure I read somewhere that the opening weekend of the middle 8's will see Bottom of Super League away at Top of Championship. With Sky televising a game from each round also (Saturday evenings) I expect us to face a trip to Leigh Sporting Village on Saturday 8th August.

They've gone to great pains to not announce anything.

Well,what a waste of £36 pounds that was.Jordan and me went to watch Fev v Whitehaven tonight and if that's the best the top of the Championship can offer then Wakey will breeze it,booed off at half time and full time,not many left having said that.Well played Whitehaven,well deserved

Sorry which of those teams are top of the championship? Fev have flaterred to deceive at times this year and Whitehaven are average at best in the championship. Were as the Bradford vs Leigh game the other week was of quite a high standard and intensity almost befitting a Super League quality game! However I do agree we should be good enough to beat all the championship sides if we play to our potential.

Well I was impressed with Leigh against Bradford too but I have to say both teams made a lot of mistakes..... Just like we do.

It will be interesting.
