If you want to make any judgement about Morton or any other of our u20s then why not make the effort and get down to Belle Vue for the u20's. Admission is free! (for members) you will not be disapointed. The turn out against Cas u20's (curtainraiser) was embarrassing but still the lads still produced the goods(Morton included). |

Cowling has been playing well for us as has Russ Spiers as well, and I can only thank the Wakefield staff for allowing Danny and Russ to come on Dual Reg to Donny and help us achieve our goal of promotion which is what has happened

Really looking forward to watching Dan make is debut, watched him since he was about 8 years old, he is a tough kid.

Cowling had a tough debut against a saints side hell bent on playing expansive rugby. The lad stood up well, definitely one for the future.

Imho there is never a better time to bring in young players than when the team is playing with such confidence and has such momentum. It can only help the likes of Cowling as he will forever be associated with a great win. He's pretty much there now so long as he wants it.

Real tough game to make your debut and especially against a side who had targeted our right hand side of defence. Thought he showed up well, made some important tackles, and didn't look out of place.
