Sorry Chissitt whether or not he had a decent game against warrington for me Childs is the worst of the referees along with Kendall.. He is so inconsistent it is unreal, he picks and chooses when he pulls things up and seems to take vendettas out against certain players, and picks them up on things that happen 20/30 times throughout a game such as moving off the mark and incorrect play of the balls... He also allows certain teams to slow down the play the ball, even when they have been dominated in collision and is quick to penalise the other way. This is not just from a Wakefield perspective, i very rarely see him have a good game.



From one of my good friends who regularly manages the in goals at SL level and very often gets a gig on the sidelines at SL level - He pulls up forward passes when there is nothing from either touch judge and ignores the touch judges 50% of the time when they have called for a forward pass. He also very rarely takes the opinion of his other officials into account.

On the whole i don't think Child had a particularly bad game at Warrington, it's as someone previously mentioned, it's the inconsistency that's his downfall. Classic example was the penalty just before half time. Wire player gets up to play the ball and takes a step forward and we get penalised for obstruction at the play of the ball. To everyone else it could have, and in my opinion should have been a penalty to us for moving off the mark.
