Cant blame Johnstone for his centre coming to far infield and leaving him with to many players to defend against and its been like that with all the wingers on that side.The lads only just made the team and is young but you can see he will be a top class winger in the future.

I agree about the lack of time, the best we can hope for is that he mangages to kick some backsides and drag some desire out of them that has been missing for a long time. Nobody will be getting sacked though, Carter has said he will be working with the existing backroom staff.

Yes Smith will have his work cut out but I see no reason why he will not sort issues out. The players need to get a grip and take responsibility , any player and I repeat any player found lacking should be shown the door and quickly.

Carter will have all the say. The backroom staff all have contracts and all would need payouts and the money isn't there for that. The best would be a a short term addition on top and a sidelining of the current staff but it would have to be someone currently out of work as who who give up a job for a 4 month role here?

The lad is the first I have seen who has the physique and pace to make it. I know he made mistakes but that was more to do with him trying too hard.

I am certain he will be very much in demand with the usual suspects monitoring the situation.

If and it's an if Smith finds say Clawson to be totally incapable of doing the and as such making it impossible for Smith to do his do you really think he'll keep Clawson. Will he nelly he'll do as Smith asks because if he doesn't Smith will not hang around, doesn't need to and has a long history of doing just that.



Finally I doubt very much that Clawson has a contract as such, I suspect he is an employee plain and simple and can be sacked or got rid of as easy as any employee can. However neither of us know that for certain and let's not pretend we do. I'm not condoning it but just seen 4 staff made redundant and two freelancers got rid off and their so called 12 month contracts terminated with immediate effect. All done by the companies HR man who tied all the Union Reps and the odd Solicitor in knots - quite impressive in an evil kind of way,
