I heard the interview and yes I am glad he confirmed that no more players need to be sold. I hope that whoever are advising on new players know what they are looking for but we will see. I don't think it will impact greatly on season ticket sales but at least he has drawn the line in the sand.

It is our most important season with relegation back on the agenda. I guess the biggest boost would be if the SL clubs reject the two down in favour of one.

I'm pretty sure they were meant to vote on what options they had but several clubs walked out..?

The walking out wasn't necessarily about the changes in the structure, more about SL clubs wanting power at the top table.



That said, a lot of clubs are in favour of going down to 12 purely because there isn't the depth of player or money (supposedly) for more.



In that sense, I'd say it's more than likely it will go down to 12 regardless of what pans out with Lenagan and the RFL.

Indeed, Lenagen et al are not overly concerned about the structure of SL, more the commercial ineptitude of the RFL.
