Quote WakeyTrin1873="WakeyTrin1873"I think it's a difficult one this, we've had Johnstone and Jowitt who have both cemented their places in the side at Trinity and many expected Jordan to do just that however the positions he plays (Loose & Second Row) are much more contested for with the likes of Ashurst, Horo, Pauli, Batch and Annakin.
I would expect Kirmond to retire soon but even so George King coming in makes it just as difficult for him.
Another season in the Championship coming up for Jodan I would guess, whether that be permanent or another loan deal I'm not sure.'"
We've good players in every position and indeed the best squad of players for a long time.
In Horos last game he made 21 tackles and missed 6 and on average throughout the season makes 23 tackles a game.
Annakin has made 18 tackles a game this year although his spells haven't been as long as Horo.
Batch is a cracking player and lad who makes stacks of tackles every game. A great work ethic. He has had several injuries already in his career and needs to be cute with game time due to this. Need him for many years.
Pauli is a beast close to line and has improved greatly but gets spotted in defence due to not being that fit. In his last game he made 16 tackles and missed 7!
In Jordans last game for Dewsbury he played 68 minutes and made 51 tackles and missed 1. His work rate is first class and will make 40+ tackles at least every game. He's highly regarded by some at the club, saying he's the best loose pre line passer. He's also played hooker for the reserves, scoring from dummy half and Dewsbury. So covers Loose, SR and Hooker if needed. He's no Kyle Wood but like Hadley can fill in.
