Funny way to put your self in the shop window keep playing like that and the chances of a move for silverware will go out the window.Keep busting a gut every game and the chance of a few of the big clubs coming in go up.

Someone next to me at the game today asked if Scruton had been swapped for someone else when we signed him. I couldn't really disagree. He used to mix it up a bit but now he doesn't look interested. This team is going nowhere.

We as fans can appreciate that you didn't want to leave Bradford but did so to look after your family.If you want to use this club as a stepping stone to go to a bigger club then I suggest the best way to do that is to play like its going to be your life on the line.You might or might not have irons in the fire for next season regardless if you put your heart and soul into the game those options increase and other clubs will come with offers.A vast amount of those fans who come to the game would give a lot to be on the money you are on at work and spend that money to support the club and don't deserve a half hearted effort.You could take a leaf out of Richard Moores book the guy has health problems and is at the back end of his playing days he could have come for easy money but no he has heart and pride in what he does and gives his all.



Would the real Mr Scruton please step forward.

Well come on what health issues has Scruton got I know Moore has Crohns and that's one hell of an effort on Moores part to have continued to play the game let alone give it his all every game.

He can blow hot and cold. He had a fantastic 2013 season but was almost anonymous during the 2011/12 seasons. I know he was struggling massively with injuries and his diabetes diagnosis during that time but he can be unstoppable on his day. I'd stick with him.



If he's really not cutting it we'll have him back on loan.

Personally I've never seen anything more than a steady SL prop in Scruton. He's a far cry at the minute from when he played for Leeds.

We could put that down to "playing to the galleries" there.



BTW, many sportsmen have maintained a top-level career with diabetes, and as with any job, it's up to you to look after yourself within whatever external factors are put on you. It's just an excuse.

Scrutons performance yesterday was a great argument for bringing back performance related pay. He would not be so devoid of effort if it hit him in the pocket.



As I said yesterday, his Mrs who works at the club could have run it in harder than he did.

Looks to me as if he is carrying an injury.
