That's how I see it too. IMO there's no reason to delay confirmation (unless Agar isn't the coach and we're all jumping to conclusions?)

I could go along with the idea of waiting until after the last game when no-one is really sure but The Times didn't say "likely" - they said "Agar =#FF0000joins Wakefield"



In these circumstances, even if as a club you'd prefer to wait, you have to say something. Saying nothing only leads to a lot of frustrated supporters (and possibly players). Look at the the threads on here. Best to say something definite, put forward the reasons for the appointment, let everyone have their say and then get on with preparing for Bradford.
