Who says Ted doesn't have a pot to pee in though. Maybe on Paper he's broke but businessmen have ways and means of syphoning away money and transferring assetts, companies, profits etc to other people. Now I don't know whether Ted has done this but its a possibility.

If it is the person mentioned he would certainly be interested in any land that may be available. Although as has been pointed out, absolutely no interest in RL or the Wildcats whatsoever!

Im not sure about the Director bit. He may have been. I know he had something to do with the Paragon Business Park, but not sure if that was as part of York Court or not but there is obviously a connection??
