If he doesn't offer the potential to move up the ladder then I would say his potential value is slim to none.

Willy does offer the potential to move up the ladder IMO as does Paul March, so should either be interested/available I would move more in that direction.

Agree, but by sounds of it Kear has done all the recruiting for next year, so even if he left, a new coach would have to work with the squad he had assembled, which if rumours are to be believed will have an abundance of wingers (who will never see the ball) and no decent scrum half.



Quins are hoping to get a new coach in asap - their Chairmans description of what he was looking for sounded like Kear down to a tee.
