The posting WP, can't coach is correct, watching back on TV, the camera kept panning on him, he had NO emotion what do ever, he had NO contact head phone or mike, no change of tactics of encouragement ! In his post match interview, he said, I believe in the players they know what they are doing, SO, that means,once he picks the team, game over win draw or loss, they know what they are doing ! Get all other club coaches do not do this lack of contact & are prepared to change things, we must be relying on Franie to make decisions/ call etc, etc !

What absolute drivel. How long have you supported the club? Have you forgotten the several bankruptcies, the near demises of the Club, the appalling 1980s? We are run superbly. We are solvent against all the odds, in super league on a tight budget and have an ownership that has fought like trojans against a developer and a council that behaved infamously in preventing us getting a new ground and has finally got us to a place where we are getting a better stadium. Whatever happened yesterday, I'm not having this nonsense

Willie seems really bloody minded about the Croft v Batchelor selection in that right centre berth. Reminds me of McNally's persistence with young Mark Field at fullback in 2005.

Hopefully he will have the good sense to play our new signing who should be match fit.

I’d put Batch at centre and Taufau on the wing where he’s played mostly.

Got to say Sylvian houles has done a good job with Toulouse turned them from a championsh club into a competitive SL team much better than us on yesterday's performance hate to say it but I think that they will take our SL place.

He aint gonna get any chuffin ball on the wing! Put him in the centre with Evans outside.

Yes I think in our current position he will be more useful in the centre. His NRL defence training will be of much more use before we train it out of him.

We will see where he plays. I just hope him and Bowden spur us on to a win.

Well he gets another chance next week, let’s hope he proves he can coach because we are rapidly running out of time.

Centre is quite possibly the hardest position in which to defend. Taufua has played all but a couple of his 1st grade games on the wing, it’s a big ask to ask him to come in and try turning our season around in an unfamiliar position. I’d be putting him on the wing with Batch at centre.

Never mind if Willie can coach Scarlet , can the players put in an 80 mins performance, that’s what I’m more bothered about , you can bust your nuts off on the training field , but if you don’t get your head ready for the fight on match day , it’s all a waste of time . Yes he’s made some dubious positional choices , but the bottom line is they are payed professional players and as such should play with passion and pride for their club week in week out , it certainly isn’t asking too much from the fans .
