Not good news today. His broken leg is still in a pot and Agar says it is very unlikely he'll play again this season. When he's played Wakefield have been a different team, although Wakefield gave Leeds a real scare for both games think if he and Kirmond would have been in second game we'd have won it.



Hope his injury heals ok and he's fully fit and raring to go next season.

Hes out of contract too, I would give him another year he's been unlucky with injuries this season.

He's our best option at 6, works well with Smith and takes the pressure off him. he may be a makeshift halfback, but replace him with Washbrook and what do you get? 1 halfback and an extra forward.

That he maybe but Agar's alternative is Washbrook, I know who I'd rather see at 6.

Since we signed Sykes he has missed 6 games, of which we won 1 and lost 5. So we can win without him but it doesn't happen very often.

Would be on the phone to Wigan for one of theirs and would say they can have a 24 hour recall clause. Hampshire would do the job. Wigan might be tempted as worked for a few in the past Luke charnley, Tuson and a few others.

Don't think we can sign anyone, the transfer deadline has passed.

Maybe keeping Wood til the end of season would have been wise.
