Parkin was going to take over before we went in to admin. This would have meant paying ted .5 million. In a way I'm glad he didn't becUse does ted really deserve that sort of pay off with the mess he left us in??

I don't know how true it is but I was told the RFL knocked him back for reasons only known to them.

Think he may have wanted a Wakefield football team. If Newmarket is built he could still have this without the expense of a rugby team
