Yes, our rights agreement only allows us to broadcast two Super League games per round, and having been at Leeds vs. Huddersfield on Thursday, and St. Helens vs. Castleford on Friday, we're unable to bring you Wakefield's trip to Widnes.



As we can broadcast from the Championship on a Sunday, it means we can bring the audience three live and uninterrupted games this weekend as opposed to just two, had we gone to Widnes today.

I'm guessing we can expect Wakefield to receive hardly any coverage by your station as I expect Leeds and Castleford games will be covered most weeks.

Not true. We were at the game vs. Hull KR a couple of weeks ago for our commentary game. We want to broadcast as much LIVE RL as possible, and if Yorkshire teams are involved in the Thursday/Friday Super League night games, it makes sense for us to cover those in addition to a Championship game on the Sunday.



It's not an issue of bias, more logistics.



We go to the press conferences every week at Belle Vue, and interview both coach and player for on-air and our Audioboom channel to download. Our next visit for commentary will be on March 22nd vs. Huddersfield.
