Couple of things:
Either... They stay in your outbox until the person whom you are sending them too next log in / access their mailbox
or
Your inbox/sentbox is full (100%) and therefore it wont send until you have room to do so.
Those are things I would try.

They only leave the outbox when the other person reads them.
He's obviously not seen he has messages. |
