well i have just finished reading monty bethams book, and for anybody not already read it yet i would very much reccomend it , he wears his heart on his sleeve and way he left warriors was nothing short of awful, rates our last survival game as one of the best feelings he had, great read everyone

Can't find the book on Amazon or a Google search. Are you able to advise please as to what is it called and where can you buy it?



BTW I very much enjoyed reading Terry Newton and Stevo's books.

I bought that book in Wellington and read it on the flight home, Its called Baring my soul, excellent read.

I like the bit that says he moved to the "alberthorpe" area of the city.

I read a lot of rugby league biographies and buy them where I can and can honestly say this is the best I've read you really get a feel about the man himself. Just done Andy Gregorys that was good too.

What was everyone's favourite Monty moment?



I personally have 2. The first was his sideways kick in the million pound match which somehow went straight into the hands of James Evans i think who scored a try.



My second is when he beat 7 bells out of Ryan McGoldrick in the 18-0 win at Cas.

7 bells 7 bells!!! . Did they have any previous together from the NRL?.

Don't know but at one point in his NRL career Monty was voted person you would least like to have a fight with or something like that.
