....is Andrew Glover worth ?



I know some people have said it doesnt matter if he has 5 million, 50 million or 500 million.....we need somebody at the top who can run the club and make it financially sound....and to an extent I agree.



But obviously it would help a great deal 'if' he was worth millions !!!



Look at Wigan and Huddersfield for example. Both have had very bad times financially but with multi millionaires running the club they are both top sides.



Parkin was reported to be worth 170-200 million.



Glover ?

Nowhere near as much as Parkin but by all accounts it is enough to run a SL club.

To be fair his worth is irrelevant. It's how he manages it that is important thing.



As you say Parkin may well be worth £170m + but that doesn't mean he has more cash than Glover or anyone else for that matter. His net worth will include assets.

Yeah I agree its how he manages the club - but surely with money in the bank it becomes considerably easier ?



It would be nice for us to spend upto the cap for once for starters !

He may also have the ability to bring additional wealth to the club in other investors, something Ted never wanted , but i suppose he was worried about being rumbled.

Utter rubbish. Just for once be factual and back up your argument. Who were these investors, I'd like times, dates and names please. If you can't give me that info I may be inclined to think your a bit of a blow hard.

You are always telling people to back up remarks like yours with facts.

No, you tell me who he turned away, don't be so pathetic. The burden of proof is on the accuser not on me I'm just after some facts. I'll gladly believe you of you give me the names - go on tell me. All I'm asking for is some proof as to who these mystical folk were. I don't care either way but it's all hot air without some (that word again) facts. Anyone can post a bogus facts/opinion on here, all I do is question them and that really irks people who want to believe what they want to believe.
