I don't mind Matt Adamson. He has some form.

Don't like the idea of Bobby. Great player, maybe a great coach one day......but trouble follows him everywhere he goes. I'd rather stay clear.

Adamson most certainly. Tough bloke who would be respected in the changing room i would have thought. As for the other bloke....

Id be seriously disappointed if BG was even interviewed!

To appoint Bobbie Goulding would be akin to suicide.



His playing history is littered with misdemeanors, his coaching history is littered with misdemeanors. He hardly left Belle Vue in a blaze of glory the last time around. I have sub zero belief that there is one ounce of truth in that rumour. The club is looking for stability and all he has done in his time as a coach is reiterate the belief that he is a walking time-bomb. Although the club has said very little about the new appointment, what it has said is enough to believe that which ever way you look at it, Bobbie Goulding does not fit the bill.



Matt Adamson however, left Penrith because of the internal wrangling at the club in 2008 which still continues today. Here is a man who would command authority and is well respected in the game (unlike Goulding). He is familiar with the area having played for Leeds and and I would hazard be less inclined to up sticks. Atila hinted at Willie Poching. Adamson played with Poching at Leeds, he also played with Ali Lauititi.



Adamson with Poching as his number 2?

Only good thing about Goulding as coach would be the YFB chant everytime he came out onto the pitch.

I would never watch Wakefield if Goulding gets the job!

To be fair though, if as you have stated, the club are talking with past and present players to reach a decision, can you honestly see them appointing Goulding?
