| My accumulator today is...
United win
Leicester win
Aldershot win
Northampton win
Walsall win
Hartlepool draw
Oldham draw
Everyone coming off so far apart from Walsall who are losing 1-0 away to the Daggers.
I dont like my bets looking good so early, in the 2nd half it will all fall apart
£1 returns £270.18

| Noble Alan at Kempton.
Goes well after a break/FTO. Definitely has the toe on the level if his jumping is up to scratch. Seems a long way for him to be sent just for a blowout so Richards obviously sees this as a good starting point so that he is ready to go back over fences.
I think 2m is a bit sharp for Katchit nowadays, and Australia Day has yet to have a test over hurdles. Only race with decent opposition he has had over hurdles was LTO, but he was allowed to dominate from the front and unchallenged and can't see him being allowed as much slack today - certainly not a horse to back at odds on for me against an ex-Champion Hurdler and Scottish Champion Hurdler.
Karasenir as well.
He has a good chance of reversing the form with William Hogarth, as he may not have it all his own way up front this time. The drier ground might help him as well, as he looked a bit tired and clumsy towards the end of the Chepstow race on ground with a bit of give in it.

| Worst day of the whole year for me yesterday just one today.
Naas 5.15 Natural High 7/1 E/W
Highly rated but not living up to standards was backed from 4/1 into 2/1 last time and at Galway was 13/8 fav wouldn't be suprised to see the money rolls in again for it later.

Karasenir may well win that and probs should of done last time but jumping cost it which is the name of the game, at the prices though William Hogarth 4/1 looks better then 5/4 when you take into account that was William Hogarth's first run of the season it could well improve from that.

| Karasenir got things off to a good start. Oh well, Australia Day landed the odds at 1/2. Had its way up front easily by the sound of it.
Had a busy afternoon and was out from 1pm til now, so probably would've swerevd Noble Alan and taken the jolly had I been at the computer as he was 7/2 when I placed the bet and went off a massive 7/1, with the favourite piling from 8/11 to 1/2.

| Couple of Greyhounds worth a punt on.....
Tudor Prince 66/1 Greyhound Derby 2011.....in the Belle Vue Puppy Derby Final this week and if he takes that in style should be 33/1 or so for next years big one and then if he progresses through the rest of the year could go into the winter as a real leading contender (already beaten and lost by a head to current favourite Rayvin Giovanni).
Fawkham Emperor 40/1 Greyhound St Ledger (Semi's Tuesday Final Tuesday Week live on Sky). Won in the first round and totally ballsed up the start in his second round heat by stumbling out of the boxes but showed true guts to take the lead at one stage but get run out of it late on. If he starts as he can things could fall right and with 3 through in each semi there is a decent margin for error. Both semi's are hot looking affairs where you would expect a fair few casualties amongst the favourites and at the price he is well worth a small investment.
