Why, does he work in a fish 'n' chip shop ?

Not sure TBH, I would guess it's all in the hands of H&S. We had an issue the first week with people moving from the seats to the terraces to be with friends, which didn't help.

I was going to suggest putting the flags in your pockets but I'm just being silly. Just drape yourselves in the flags, much easier.

Easier said than done when they are 12ft
