This result has been in the pipeline for a number of weeks now. TBH I half expected it after last weeks and the Salford scoreline.



Now all those who said we were 'invincible' 'unbeatable' and 'can't see us losing again this season', I admire your optimism

but now you must be brought crashing down to reality and realise that there is a hell of a long way to go yet. Last night proved that just because we are top doesn't mean we can just turn up and that'll be enough for two points. We haven't and will not win anything with performances of the past few weeks.



Anyway, the next game is a chance to put it right against an excellent Huddersfield side. Come on Wigan!!

Was it the one for harlequins that tackled farrell as he made that break and cramped up?

Quins well deserved their victory last night. Smarter plays than us and quicker than us. Even when ahead we didn't look comfortable, we simply didn't control the ball well enough and looked very lethargic. We also gave them the ball too many times when in attacking position. I wouldn't like to be the players this week in training! Big 2 or 3 weeks coming up again to see how we bounce back.

As a Quins fan it was a great night for me!

Well said, the best team on the night won.

The writing was on the wall as soon as the Quins player knocked on over our line when we were 6-0 down. Wigan played well for a 20 minute spell in that first half - not good enough.

Well done Andylad for making the trip, glad you had a great evening, all I ask is that the best team wins, and that certainly happened last night.

I agree the Wigan club put on a very moving show before the game.
