What I meant was using him more as taking the ball up believe me we cant afford to let them get on top of us like we did when we last played them!

The size of the Catalan team is probably why Pryce will play, plus he did o.k. last week.

| They are a huge side but away from home there not the same side, if we start well and don't allow them into the game we'll go onto win, however if we start dropping ball and giving away lots of penalties (Fielden) then we'll be in for a closer game than it should be.

| They concede plenty of points Catalans so we don't need to be matching them with 5 props and making it into a down the middle battle.
If we play with width like the last 2 games i'm confident we'll get more points then them.

| I think I would go with;
Phelps... playing well and solid
Roberts... Starting to find some form and is finding some scoring form.
Gleeson... If Fully fit ??
Carmont
Richards
Tomkins... With smith out for the season, we need to see if the tommy/Tomkins partnership is going to work long term.. otherwise we need to sort out another half back asap...
Lulu.. showing good form and will move to hooker when riddell takes a breather
Prescott... solid and make few mistakes
Riddell... with Mike Mc out.. no other option... yet to convince me yet!!
Coley... starting to show some good form... most effective when running second row lines..
Bailey... playing well and good defensively
Mossop.. according to luke R playing well for Hudds..
Tomkins... may blossom in his more preferred role of loose forward..
Feka...
Fielden...
Pryce... we need a back in the team with both gleeson and carmont not 100%
Flannagan
I went with Flannagan instead of Hansen on the bench as I would prefer players who are near full fitness playing... the last thing we need is for hansen to play and be out injured because his injury wasn't allowed to heal properly, also Flannagen can play loose forward/six, second row and hooker... so his versatility means if we loose one of those players carrying an injury.. we have some cover without making to many positional changes as all that does is cause problems...

| Quote Rogues Gallery="Rogues Gallery"Bird included in the Dragons squad.
I thought he was still in Australia appealing against his conviction.
[urlhttp://www.superleague.co.uk/preview.php?id=3759[/url'"
I would like to know why even though Bird is banned from obtaining a UK visa to play for a British Club, he is free to enter the UK at all.
He should have been placed on the UK Suspects Index which would prevent him getting past customs due to being convicted of a serious criminal offence.

Riddell deserves his place on form over the past few weeks.
This witch hunt against him from certain sections is stupid. His form is improving and has never been that bad anyway.
We've had and have far worse players.

I haven't personally got a "witch hunt" going on.... I just don't think he is showing the form that got him into the parramatta and st george teams... for the money he is on I would expect more....especially as the pitches are dry now and more suited to the aussie imports...

I must be watching a different player over the past month or so because i think he's been playing pretty well.
I think he's got more to offer but his form isn't too bad.

I don't think he is doing much wrong... I just don't see him as a world class player on current form and seens as though thats what we/I was expecting... The reality is somewhat different to my expectation... So do we have a right to be somewhat dissapointed after losing micky higham... for someone who isnt any better on current form...
