What a game. Superb start to fininsh. The match, refereeing, television presentation, commentary were all brilliant. Only down side is how far we are behind the Aussies in every aspect of the game.

I think we have numerous players who can play at that intensity but just not a whole team.

They could all play origin and raise their intensity to that level but they are all forwards, yet again we lack in the backs.



S Tomkins is Englands most talented back at the moment but even he wouldn't have a chance at getting a spot at 6 or FB in either team.



Over the last few years NSW have had Gidley, Hayne and Dugan playing FB...... they are at choice number 4 now and he is still one of the best in the world. Minichello is now the best option despite having other world class FB's around.

It was great to see Minichello rolling back the years today.
