Anyone who's been involved in disciplinary matters at work know how long it can take if lawyers get involved. And I don't know in this case if they are.

I know nothing about the matter at all, just have had decades of experience in such matters.

We'll have to trust the club's actions and judgement, from lots of experience, I do.

If that's just your opinion, then fair enough. But I doubt it. If Gleeson had absented himself from work for this long without any explanation, then he could be sacked on those grounds as well.
