| Is it worth recalling him from loan? IMO Marsh isnt ready for SL yet, I dread to think what damage Huddersfield/Warrington would have done to that wing of Marsh & Goulding this afternoon.

| It is an option that definatley needs considering Marsh was steady for me today but like you say i wouldnt be overly confident with him and Goulding alongside each other over the next few weeks.

| Leave Pryce where he is in my opinion.
He is currently playing quite well and does not have to put up with abuse of the fans. Give him time to sort his game out and then bring him home.

| I can see Charnley shifting in there anyway once Pat is back, so it's a non-starter really.
That said, I don't know when Pat's back so maybe I'm being a little too presumptuous. For me Marsh had a good game today, but I can't see him coping with Wire and Huddersfield very well at all. Not yet anyway.

Agreed. We can't just rush him back because of one good performance.
Next weeks going to be interesting as to who plays centre. It certainly won't be Joel, and Madge does seem to really like Marsh there.

| I think it would be a good idea to bring Pryce back to help make things more solid on the right hand side. Like someone has already said, the likes of hudds and wire would pepper Goulding and Marsh, Pryce is doing well at the moment so i don't see any reason to not give him another crack at the whip.

| I'd have started this thread even if Karl hadnt had a stormer against Saints. He's defensively sound and will score a few trys too.

Pryce would have scored the try that Marsh failed to in the first half today.

How is it panic measures?
Pryce is better than Marsh & has done more in the first team to justify having that centre spot while this Gleeson Saga erupts.

I thought he should have passed to Goulding for that one, but I think you're right that Pryce would have scored. I was asked today by a mate if i'd have Pryce back? Why wouldn't we? He hardly put a step wrong all last season, I'd feel much more confident with him there than Marsh, that probably won't go down well I know. I just don't see how someone who, when he catches the ball, puts his head down and only runs straight can play at centre. Yeah he's quick and did well under the high ball a couple of times, but as a centre surely he needs to be more aware of who is around him?
