There are hundreds possibly thousands of bolton,man u,pool or city fans that live in and around leigh,so to go up against one of these teams on cup final day seems a bit daft.Obviously i hope i'm wrong and we get 1800+ on.

I suspect the biggest stumbling block is people of our age remember games on a regular basis against your wigans and saints and wires of this world



And the way the game is structure now these games are light years away



The biggest worry for leigh is once you get out of the habit of going it gets harder to go back

People can do what they like it's their money. I'll be watching the Liverpool game as well as it happens and I haven't been to a Leigh game yet this season. As it happens I never go to the opening rounds of the NRC and I was away for the only pre-season game I wanted to attend which was the Wigan one.



I've been going for 30 years and I'll spend my money how I see fit because there isn't a lot of it spare.

If you have an interest outside of Leigh on here it's like some kind of crime... grow up!

Each to their own, I guess. From a personal point of view I'd understand if people were either going to Wembley or were Anfield regulars, but to watch it on the box? Just seems a bit odd, that's all. And I say that as someone who will freely admit missing a Leigh game because it clashed with a cup final, but I did actually attend said final.

If I wasn't attednding another event "live" Leigh would be the first choice for me any day of the week, theres always sky plus or catch up on demand
