Whatever happened to the old 'sine die' ruling - mentioned earlier in this thread? I'm sure Jason Donohue was handed one back in the early 90's (although it was later rescinded).

I wondered what was going on when I saw the ambulance arrive at the LSV then pass us on the Lancs. I really hope that Sam is ok and all this is just precautionary.

I wouldn't wish a serious injury on anyone but things just don't add up, if he had a suspected fractured skull then there's a good chance this would have been picked up on by the doctors yet it must have been a good 20 minutes before he was 'rushed' to hospital and on the bench he actually looked pretty keen to get back out there.
It's like Chinese whispers and I think we should all wait and see before judging, manning isn't a dirty player but the tackle deserved a red card but it wasn't from behind like someone has said and someone else said they saw the tackle then goes on to say they didn't sent the bloke who made it off.
From my view point it was very very late but looked like a shove to the chest so I was quite surprised with all this coming out but I'm holding judgment till I see the replay.
I'm also seeing a lot about Fax's tactics but they were not dissimilar to Leigh's in the first game if everyone is honest.
