when I was going in the North stand with my season ticket a steward asked me "have you got any cans pal" when I said "no" he said "here then have two of mine".

I think you'll find it was a Supervisor who asked him.
Leigh fans where complaining that they weren't allowed cans , so why was the Haven bench allowed them?? Leigh fans were exactly correct with what they were saying!! This thread now proves they Just can't win can they??
Jed became very aggresive and abusive towards the steward, offering him out in the tunnel. He was reported to the match commisioner, even though he saw it... |

That sounds ridiculous - spectators justifiably aren't allowed cans, although to be honest I can't think of many instances where the opposition coach doesn't have a water bottle rather than a can. |

Leythdave i believe its also against the ground regs for spectators to be in possession of an air horn. Does this mean that Mr Toon should give instruction to confiscate Tommy Sales? At Last!
The RFL Match commissioner as no influence over any individual stadia Ground Regulations.. you should have paid more attention during your NVQ training.  |

No, but the match commissioner can stop a match, if anyone other than the official time keeper has one, yet alone uses one. So no not at all, know all.
This was the point I was refering too.
Official time keepers are the only ones permited to use one in the Stadium.
All I'm trying too do is give people an answer to there questions, but too many arguementative dilberts are too busy knowing it all. |
