well done to celtic crusaders on winning the grand final. not been to the game as i was playing myself, from what i have been told celtic were the better team and fully deserved there victory, dont think it matters what team celtic put out, the point is miners still had to turn up and win a final in which they failed to do today, just hope they can regroup for next mondays massive national cup final against leigh east. .

...and beat them 44-30 in a very entertaining game where defences were on top

Why do you say that?

A number of fixtures, especially towards the end of the season weren't fulfilled for a number of different reasons which has impacted on the final league standings.

According to the National Youth League website, Waterhead finished bottom on nil points, conceding 360 points and scoring none?! Not a point all season? That can't be right can it

They stopped playing half way through the season so had all results expunged and all put down as 18 - 0 defeats

they withdrew from the league so all there games counted as 18-0 defeat,

So did the Welsh side have the same result placed upon themselves when they failed to fulfill fixtures.........

no they were given 0-0 draws

Well thats totally surprising....... hope they fooook off and play in their relevant Academy comp.....
