I stayed tonight to clap Sheffield 100% commitment great team spirit and well coached.

People pay their money the same as everyone else so they have the right to do whatever they like. I left with 30 seconds to go... unlike some who cleared off with 10 minutes left when the game was possibly salvagable.



I'd personally seen enough of Ellis pointing at people and doing sweet FA. Unlike me to walk off and not acknowledge the players efforts but I felt it was lacking in some quarters.



Been going for around 30 years and wont be told by anyone that I'm not a proper fan. I've been putting my money where my mouth is for long enough.



I hope Higson is okay, anyone know what his injury was?

I clapped them off, not on tonights performance but for an amazing season.

I stayed and showed my appreication of the season as a whole,we have played some brilliant rugby and Ive enjoyed it all , since Millward annouced he was going it s all gone down hill though. Ok we were e tonight, and the players knew it.

I must say though, I was very disappointed that after annoucing several times that Basil and the players would be in Legends Bars after the game, that none of them showed up, left there at 10 and no players or Millward came in.

Well I'm damn glad I stayed behind to applaud our players off.

I was gutted and fuming at the final hooter - how could the lads have performed so badly ?

To a man coming off at the end thAnking us for our support it was evident who was more gutted and hurting than me - and I didn't have the physical scars of being bloodied and battered to contend with.



This season has been fantastic , pure entertainment from begining to end, yes tonight was a dissapointment but the players who have put a smile on my face all season deserved my applause and thanks.



As for the people booing at HT .....you should be ashamed.

IMO The last game of the season is about showing appreciation for the performances throughout the season and the lads deserved to be clapped off for the season they have given us. It appeared to me Chris Hill was clapping everyone of our supporters at the end.



Your entitled to your opinions, I'm not saying your not a supporter for not clapping. I'm just saying IMO the lads deserved better. We lost on the day to a better team. It hurts but hey that's sport

Would of stayed to clap players but the delay in the game meant a mad dash to Bank Quay as Vicky had come from preston for the game and had to get back tonight

No point be good all season and not at the business end when it matters.

It would seem we had a lot of W1g4n fans watching us tonight , maybe some of them should get their boots on and have a go at playing the game , they are obviously better than the players wearing the shirt tonight , given some of their comments on here

Well in future why don't you just turn up for the finals , if that's all that matters to you
