I was in the one of the boxes towards the South Stand end and none of us in there heard either the half time or full time hooters.



When I watch the game on TV the day after, you could definitely hear them.

The sound system/speakers in the north stand sound like an army of angry wasps are fighting in a tin drum being rolled down a hill.

how strange that they forgot to read out the teams, technical problems i can understand, but something as basic as reading a teamsheet is very odd, anyway apart from that it was a top night.

Very rare there's a score in the first couple of minutes, could the screen not display the teams just after kick off?

They didn't forget, there were technical problems. Think a degree more planning needs to go in to things, personally.

If there is a problem with the sound system surely it is still under warrenty. I would say it's probably something a simple as screening from the walkie talkie transmissions or other systems that only work during the match. It's funny that it works fine for a while then goes on the blink.
