We have missed Dave big time this year, BUT he will have to prove his fitness I suppose before Millward risks him

I have always rated Dave and would love him to get a contract for next year .

I agree we need his versitility! I'd also like too see us keep hold of young Rudd as well.

Without doubt a 100% every time he pulls the shirt on!

Why?? He has never done out and has hardly played for last two seasons

Rudd's defence has always impressed but hopefully we'll be after better callibre of player for next season!

Alstead is a must for me.



I've got no qualms about him getting fit. He had surgery last pre season and in my opinion was rushed back before he was ready due to our terrible form and lack of cover.



Since then he's had a couple of niggles which always happens when guys come back from surgery. With pre season under his belt he'll be awesome next season.

Not only did dave have surgery in the pre-season, he also had to recover from the injuries he received in the Whitehaven play-off game. I would love to see Dave remain at Leigh. In my opinion he is a committed, solid player who always gives 100%, and I always feel more confident of a Leigh win when he is playing. Dave knows where the try line is, and is not afraid to face up to the opposition.
