He's wonderfully prickly to new suggestions and seems to hold the common fan in contempt. I assume he works for the club in a capacity that touches on the commercial side but I'm guessing not a people person.





I wonder if he would mind sharing with the forum how this season's shirt design/sizing/fitting fault could have occurred and whether it has affected unit sales.
