Strange, but if you look at the team which lost 0-80 at St Helens in 1996 there are some decent players in the line up:
Warrington: Penny; Forster, Rudd (Finau, 9), Currier, Thompson; Harris, Ford; Jones (Chambers, 27), Hough, Hilton (Jones, 67), Cullen, Bennett, Knott.

I remember that game, we were something like 16-0 down but came back and won it 24-16 or something like that. Happy days. |

That was an awful season, some good performers if you will in that side though, Hilton, Clarke, Burns and Marquet were not bad players by any stretch, Marquet was top tackler of the season IIRC, so he got through some graft. Domic i class as a Wire legend 
I've just been wracking my brains, i've not cheated, i'm guessing our interchange players for that game would have been... Gleeson, Fozzard, P Wood, and Guisset? Or maybe Noone? |
