On a slightly different note ive had a text this morning from a friend of mine who lives in St Helens.
He is not a massive RL fan but knows a few of the players.
Anyway his text said that Martin Gleeson is heading back to Saints with a transfer fee involved, hence the reason why he is not playing on friday. The transfer will be completed next week aparantly.
Its probably just a wind up but my pal doesn't really go in for stuff like that.
Dont shoot me though, im just passing on info/bull.

Why not. Every club in SL does, that's the way it works 17 into 19, all of them can't play.
Your missing the point, Bridge getting another 80 mins at Hunslet is another step on his comeback trail. That's the massive positive for me. Why expose a bloke to SL, when he's missed the best part of a years rugby & is obviously still not 100% fit. |

On Friday it will be 2 days short of a year since Bridge did his Achilees at Knowsley Raod. He has had no SL action since then. I do not think it would be right to throw him back again against the Saints for his first game back.
Hicks at FB, Riley and Penny on the Wings works for me.
