I believe there will be British Rail Police on the train.
Are they within their rights to ask you to get off the train if you are found with alcohol?

Its quite simple, if you want to drink on the way down then book travel that allows it.
The club have made it crystal clear that both their coach and train travel will be strictly none drinking and none smoking. They will enforce it im sure, if not im sure other passengers will.
