That is ridiculous for a generic lager, I think £4.20 is fair enough for Brooklyn though, supply and demand. |

It might be £1.50 for Tetleys in the club or £1.70 for Carlsberg but it's cheap and nasty stuff, in the nicest way the new(ish) bars around Springfield Street are trying to be a bit more upmarket and attract a different clientele or those who appreciate the good stuff. Like saying why buy vintage wine when Bargain Booze has lambrini for a quid! |

Its a nice bar, the Brooklyn is pricey but the rest are reasonable, they are getting cask ciders in too so that will be good.
