I think any kind of staring at kids, with or without drums is a
As for the whole drums / singing / atmosphere issue. The whole thing is bemusing to me. People go on about it like it's vitally important or as if everyone feels the same. Fans can be stood yards from each other in the same stand but have very different experiences.
Drums - don't like them. Used to be not as bad as they are now but overall, we certainly don't need them and most of the time they are just very annoying.
Atmosphere - will always be variable depending on all sorts of things such as importance of match, loudness of opposition fans, form of team etc. It's quite hard to define and isn't always as expected.
For example, I thought the atmosphere at the Swinton game was surprisingly good, despite it being an easy win and the crowd being small.
I'd like to see no drums at the Saints game -if we get a good game and a good result then I can gurantee there will be proof you can have a great atmosphere at the HJ without any artificial aids.
One last thought - filling in the corners should help alot.
