Talking of team spirit and overall morale, it seems to me that their is a severe lack of it on the pitch especially when someone makes a mistake as our heads seem to drop and the player thats made the mistake doesn`t seem to get much encouragement or support from the so called senior players.

every supporter i've spoken to says that their spirit is down and in the main it's the players and the coaching staff that are letting the team down.

No one is having a personal go at you Gary (at least I think not) and good on you for facing off with these superstars of ours week on week, but as you'll guess we're starting to get tired of the same old same old year on year. Keep plugging away.

Well next question then is surely "[uWhy [/uare you letting the team (no to mention the supporters, coaches and board) down?" What exactly have they been doing in the off season? We are by far the side that is performing way, way below it's expectations. Look at Celtic Crusaders. No previous SL experience as a club, lots of new players, disrupted off-season, no friendlies and whilst they also haven't won a game yet they've been better to watch than we have.

I think you have misunderstood what i was implying, the questions you have been asking especially in recent times have been very good and they are the sort of questions that needed to be asked.



All i was saying before is you can basically take what a player or coach says with a pinch of salt, as an example from earlier you said "every player I have spoken to has said the team spirit is good", my point earlier was that they are not going to tell you any different than the above because at the end of the day your the media and you will get standard media replies in the main.

Imagine our players and coaches being given a Jason Gardiner style critique. They'd be quivering wrecks.
