I'm beginning to lose patience with Roberts.

I am hoping he will at least turn out be a Trent Barratt.

In contrast...Ratchford, I've said it so many times. You need your best player in a position he can get his hands on the ball.

He's a dreadful player. The lad can't pass a ball.



I'll watch it again to make sure but in the sets we scored the two tries I don't believe he touched the ball.....

And then in the following set where we had a chance to level the game his only touch was a last tackle option of shipping the ball on to Murdoch Masila.





He has zero invention and off the cuff style of play. And at the moment is struggling with the most basic of rugby league core skills.

I’m going to give him a bit longer,unlike some of the ones I’ve called out he as not had long enough for me yet.

So bloody disappointed in him. Thought he would be a good signing (and still might) but looked seriously off the pace tonight.

Ratchford should be stand off, sadly we dont have the backs to shuffle around to make that happen. Unless Jack Johnson is fit and well, I wouldnt mess with the wings/ centres we started with tonight. Ratchford at 6 looked great for me.

Robert's was/is capable, the highlight reel shows that. He can hardly run presently.

He needs time.



That was the opposite of his game today. The boy WILL come good.

Roberts WILL come good...give him time and conditions. Also Livett does not need lumping in with T King and Patton...Harvey has brains and ability.

Don't give a fook. If Peter Deakin was still alive, I'm sure he'd get on the phone and persuade a 51 year old Allan Langer to put his boots back on, and do a better job than the present number 7.



From what I've "seen", Moran might as well have set fire to Roberts' contract wages. He looks no better than an A.N. Other from the Friday night A-team games at Wilderspool. A fraud.



Seriously needs to buck his ideas up. A 51 year old Langer would look more dangerous.

No. I take that back. A Ken Kelly fast approaching his 70's, would offer more.

An unfit quality player, will show SOME flashes of quality. I've seen the square root of fook all from him.

To think, there are people in Australia who were gutted that he's come to SL. Are they taking the slash?



At the moment, he's a fraud. Nothing more, nothing less.



As you can tell, I'm more than a bit miffed from him.

He's had six training sessions and struggles with his knee. In Baltic conditions in Hull it was never going to be his breakthrough display. It will come with Roberts and the rest of the team. Despite the result i saw very good signs, we'll get better and better. If Roberts is still playing like that in may then he can do one.
