Aren't most if the monies owed being paid back via the cva? Which would explain the 'don't look back' comments.

If ou was owed money in that CVA and you needed it now hoe would you feel about waiting five years to recover what is rightly yours.?

You do know the moral side of one don't you, you know the bit where the voluntary bit is forced on the creditor but really in the five years it takes to be repaid untold damage could be done to that creditors business since his cash flow projections are no longer viable in his business model so he looks to perhaps shrink his business using redundancies maybe.

Apologies was referring to your post complaining about Salford town hall being in Swinton and the injustice of Swinton tax payers paying for our new ground while Swinton play in Leigh. Apparently this is all down to Salford RLFC and Salford council and nothing to do with other factors?
